Day 16: Self Love | Nutrition | Affirmations

Today’s focus is clearing of the mind and body.

For every negative thought, replace it with a positive one. Practice my affirmations to reassure myself that I am on the right path. And maintain a well balanced diet for focus. I’m challenging myself to come out of this shell. Yup! A challenge within a challenge! The next couple days, I will be filming to show you all our morning routine and I will be creating social media’s to expand! I’m super nervous but I have the feeling that it is time!
